If client has not received a copy of report after he has processed credit card details, client should send email to [email protected] where transaction will be checked and a copy will be emailed to client within 24 hours.
If client is not happy with report , client should email housebpi.com.au with reasons and leave contact details where inspector will contact you within 24 hours to discuss reasons.
Upon purchase of report HOUSEBPI does not provide refunds.
