We hold any relevant certificate required to complete Report. We are full time professional Building Inspectors , which means we have relevant experience , and always doing ongoing training to ensure we have the latest knowledge and techniques in the Building Industry.
What is covered in Pre Purchase Building Inspections ?
Basically a document outlining any major or minor defects found during inspection.
We cover approximately over 300 items in the Property inspected. Including the Structural elements of the Property, wet areas, roof, roof void, subfloor and everything that opens and closes.

How do I receive Report ?
Once payment is made you will receive the Report via email (Hard copy may be posted upon request) You can contact Inspector or meet Inspector at property at he can go through Inspection and answer any questions you may have.
How do I pay ?
HOUSE Building & Pest Inspections accept Visa and Mastercards. Payment may be done over the phone , by cash or internet transfer. An invoice will be sent to you with your pre Inspection Agreement, with a credit card option to pay for Inspection.
